Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

Furniture Items: 5-7 business days Australia-wide

Decor & Tech Accessories: 5–12 business days Australia-wide.

Delivery within these timeframes depend on the customer's location, however we ask that you please allow up to 12 business days for all packages to be delivered.

During peak periods such as sales events or public holidays, or in cases of unforeseen carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Fees

Decor and Tech Accessories (Standard)

Orders of $150 or more ship free Australia-wide. Orders under $150 incur a $9 flat fee.

Furniture Items

Furniture items have separate shipping fees based on delivery location.

Metro / Regional areas: $25

Remote areas: please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

If your cart contains both standard items and furniture, only the furniture fee will be charged.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from different locations. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers and parcels may arrive on different days.

Carriers and Fulfilment Partners

We work with a range of carriers used by our suppliers, such as Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, Toll, Direct Freight and others. The choice of carrier depends on the type of item, its weight and size, and your delivery location.

Furniture deliveries are generally completed by road freight services and are made to the building entrance or ground floor.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order through the Shop App if you used Shop Pay at checkout.

Authority to Leave and Missed Deliveries

Some carriers allow you to authorise a safe drop at checkout or through their tracking portal. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a collection card for depot pickup or arrange re-delivery. For furniture deliveries, a re-delivery fee may apply if no one is available to receive the order.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Furniture items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers under any circumstances and must be sent to a street address where someone is available to accept delivery.

Address Changes and Order Edits

Address changes can usually be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, changes are limited and carrier fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update delivery details.

Remote Deliveries

Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than our standard guide and may attract additional charges. Please contact us before ordering furniture items to confirm available delivery options and fees.

Damaged, Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or your tracking shows an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos/videos where possible. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the matter promptly.
