Overview
At Deskvia, we want every purchase to feel supported and secure. All products are protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and most items include supplier warranty plus Deskvia Extended Warranty for extra peace of mind.
The extended 12-month Deskvia Warranty is exclusive to Deskvia customers and is not recognised or serviced by the original manufacturer or any other retailer.
Supplier Warranty (Base Warranty)
Some products arrive with a manufacturer or supplier warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.
When supplier warranty exists, it typically covers:
- Mechanical or electrical faults
- Performance issues that prevent normal use
- Defects present from manufacture
If a product page does not mention a supplier warranty, the base warranty is simply replaced by our Deskvia Warranty.
Deskvia is your first point of contact for all warranty issues. We manage the process directly with our fulfilment partners.
Deskvia Extended Warranty (Our Guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of every item we offer, which is why Deskvia provides an additional 12 months of coverage on top of the supplier warranty.
If the product has supplier warranty
Your coverage becomes 12 months supplier warranty + 12 months Deskvia Warranty (24 months total).
If the product has no supplier warranty listed
The item receives 12 months Deskvia Warranty as its full coverage period.
Deskvia Warranty activates after supplier warranty ends.
You do not need to register your Deskvia Warranty separately. Your coverage applies automatically from the date your order is delivered. Simply retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Warranty Periods
For items with no supplier warranty, the Deskvia 12-month warranty begins from the delivery date. For items with a supplier warranty, the Deskvia additional 12 months begins immediately after the supplier’s 12 months ends, giving you 24 months total from delivery.
Supplier and Fulfilment
Where a supplier or manufacturer warranty exists, Deskvia acts as your first point of contact and will coordinate the process on your behalf. In some cases, the customer may be required to register or submit the warranty directly with the supplier.
Deskvia’s extended coverage begins once the supplier’s coverage period ends.
How to Make a Claim
If you have purchased a product with warranty and believe it has developed a fault, please reach out to us at contact@deskvia.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photos or video showing the issue
Our team will review the information and, where necessary, forward the claim to the supplier for assessment.
Resolution
Approved claims may result in:
- Replacement of the item or faulty component
- Repair (where applicable)
- Refund if repair/replacement is not possible or stock is unavailable
Resolution depends on supplier policy and product availability.
Timeframes
Most warranty claims are processed within 7–10 business days once all details are provided.
Complex or high-value items (e.g., electric desks) may require additional supplier review time.
