When You're Covered

If your product is listed as including a warranty, that coverage will apply as stated on the product page. All products remain protected by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What is Covered

Where warranty applies, it covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from functioning as intended. This applies when the product has been used under normal conditions and according to instructions.

What is Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discolouration are not included. Incorrect assembly, installation, or use outside intended purpose may also void warranty coverage.

Warranty Periods

Most warranty-backed products on Deskvia are supported with a standard 12-month period. Some items may have different warranty terms, which will be stated on the product page. If no warranty information is listed on a product page, that product does not carry a Deskvia supplier-backed warranty.

Supplier and Fulfilment

Warranty coverage is provided in line with the terms set by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Deskvia will act as your first point of contact and will manage the warranty process directly with our partners on your behalf.

How to Make a Claim

If you have purchased a product with warranty and believe it has developed a fault, please reach out to us at contact@deskvia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos or video showing the issue

Our team will review the information and, where necessary, forward the claim to the supplier for assessment.

Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, the outcome may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and supplier policy. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

Timeframes

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–10 business days once all required details are received. Complex cases may require additional time for supplier review.
